SELWG 2014 Swag

Most of Posties Rejects (Me, Fran, Postie, Ian, BigLee, Richard and posse and Clint) made the long drive up the A2 to Crystal Palace for SELWG today. I for one enjoyed the show, although it did seem to have fewer traders and visitors than normal. There also looked to be a few demo games missing??
I did spend some of my hard earned dosh on the collection of bits and bobs above and below, they have already been sent to my big lead pile, I'm hoping to get a lick of paint on them one day????
They're a bit of a motley collection, all for my Donnybrook shenanigans, if I ever get the project rolling again that is! I bought the Last of the Mohican blister from Warlord Games, mainly for the lovely ladies enclosed. Pack MA29 from Perry's newish Crusader range Muslim Civvies, Thanks to r.a.e. gingerbhoy for sending me their way!!! Two bits of scenery to hide behind from Col Bill's, Ainsty Castings barrels and the collection of single figures are from Parkfield Miniatures I bought 1 each from there  Kentish and Cornish Smuggler range, most will be used a civvies for Donnybrook!!
Lastly £20 worth of Palm trees from Products for Wargamers. I may have to buy a few more me thinks???

Wonder who was supposed to be there?

Pics of the show will follow soon......

  6. I agree, not the busiest of shows this year it did feel a bit lacking in traders and games. I think you need to get some painting started the lead pile is growing! Nice to see you all again. Always a pleasure and did your car survive the journey this time?

  7. That's a relatively modest haul of loots for you Ray.

  9. I nice haul Ray and I do indeed see a few empty tables and quite some space between people. Since I don't like crowds I probably would have liked that.:-)

  12. I found this as well - If you scroll past the fantasy stuff, there's a few arabic civilians from Eureka Miniatures (available from Fighting15s in the UK), although they are more of a caricature than Perry realism.

  15. You did well to keep it to that. It always wise to hide purchases of lead from the trouble-and-strife... or blame it on the kids.
